On Mondays, from 10am to 8pm, I work at Soho Complementary Health, which is located in Linen Hall on Regent Street which is accessible for Soho and Mayfair.
Linen Hall is roughly halfway between Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus, the
entrance is between the shops Calvin Klein and Guess.

If you want to avoid the crowds along Regent Street from Oxford Circus it's easiest to take the Argyl Street exit from the tube and walk south towards Liberties. Cross Great Marlborough Street and then take Kingly Street that runs down the right hand side of Liberties and then turn right onto Tenison Court (opposite Bag O'Nails club) to bring you back out on to Regent Street. Turn left at Calvin Klein and Linen Hall is next to it.
After coming into Linen Hall tell reception you're visiting Soho Complimentary Health, room 527, then take the lift to the 5th floor. Follow the signs to room 527 and through the first door you'll immediately see a tea and coffee area. Just wait here and I'll come out and meet you.

I am available to come to your office in Zone 1 to run workshops on how to get the best out of working in an office environment. Special attention will be given to sitting at a computer workstation for long hours. I am also DSE certified so can advise on workstation setup as well as how staff can get the best out of it. A well setup workstation provides an advantage, but the guarantee, and responsibility, needs to be provided by the individual using it.
Also available in North London (East Finchley) and City of London (Liverpool Street).
